What is Vespera?
Vespera specializes in providing group benefits to ministries and organizations with 15 or more employees by providing an opportunity for groups to join together in a large group, church-based ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act) plan, opening the door to pool resources which helps everyone save on costs and achieve more stable insurance rates. Our plan includes a full PPO network, giving employees greater access to a wide range of healthcare providers.

Anson McDaniel started in the insurance business as a sales agent in May 1983. He began employee benefits consulting in 1998 exclusively for churches and ministries.
Ben McDaniel started serving ministries when he joined the firm in June 2002. We merged our practice with One Digital Health and Benefits in February 2018. The ability to offer services and resources of a national benefits consulting firm like One Digital has been a game changer for our ministry clients and their families. We love what we do in serving ministry organizations and bringing innovative employee benefits services and solutions that ministry staff rave about.
Anson has been married to Beth for 42+ years and they have 3 grown children (including Ben) and 8 grandchildren. Ben has been married to Megan for 13 years and they stay busy with 3 daughters in sports, gymnastics, music, and a lot more!
